Roman Nose State Park offers many breathtaking views of the canyon, gypsum rock cliffs and is home to three natural springs. Guests of Roman Nose Lodge will enjoy a wealth of recreational activities at the park’s 18-hole golf course, swimming pool, equestrian trails, hiking trails and two on-site lakes (Lake Boecher and Lake Watonga). Swimming in the lakes is not allowed, but guests can fish and boat in the no-wake lakes. Miniature golf, a general store and horse riding stables are all available. Rentals include canoes, kayaks and paddleboats. Group hayrides are available by reservation. A group camp, picnic areas, tent, teepee and RV campsites are located throughout the park.
